1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Nexus CRM, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Furthermore, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
2. Description of Service
Nexus CRM provides a suite of sales automation and relationship management tools. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service with or without notice at any time.
3. User Accounts & Responsibilities
You must provide accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
4. Payment Terms
Subscriptions to Nexus CRM are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account.
5. Intellectual Property
The visual interfaces, graphics, design, compilation, information, data, computer code (including source code or object code), products, software, services, and all other elements of the Service provided by Nexus CRM are protected by intellectual property and other laws.
